FoxyCart Service Downloadable Product Errors due to AWS S3 Outage

Amazon's AWS S3 is a storage system that we use to securely store downloadable products for our users. S3 is currently experiencing an outage that looks to be impacting some of the largest sites on the internet, and we are impacted as well. At present, customer attempts to download products will result in errors. We are monitoring the situation, and will update here when we have more info.

Transactions (ie. payments) are not impacted, and once the issue is resolved, your customers will be able to re-attempt their downloads.

UPDATE 3pm CST: It appears S3 has stabilized, but Foxy users adding new downloadable products might experience issues for another hour, according to Amazon's status update. Any customers who weren't able to download products should be able to attempt it again. If you have any issues, please contact us.
